17th District Convention
The 17th Senate District will be having a Convention to choose the Republican Nominee.
The convention process adds a few extra steps to the voting process. In order to vote for Emily to be your next Senator, you must follow the process set forth by the committee and attend the convention.

In order to vote at the 17th District Convention, you must fill out a convention delegate form.
To have a form delivered to you, please call or text 757-279-8676 or email [email protected]
Once that form is turned in, you will be credentialed as a delegate and put on the list to vote at the convention.
What happens at the Convention?
At the convention, you will checked in and be seated with others from your locality. The convention will be gaveled in and procedural motions will take place. After that, you will hear speeches by the candidates and then the ballots will be opened for voting.
This process, once the convention starts, will take roughly 2 hours. Our team will be there to provide snacks, drinks, and other refreshments!
